You can also create a new category by selecting
New Category
at the top of your homepage. Fill in the fields and click "Add Category >>>>>".

These are all on the same page. Go to the
Edit/Move/Delete categories page.
Type over the category title you want to edit.
Change the top-folder, column, position in column to move the categories
around.
Click on "Delete" for the specific category you want to delete.
